Claim your church, keep it up to date

Help newcomers find correct, current information about your church

If you serve at a church, you can claim its listing on iChurch. After a short check, you update your address, service times, photos and events by sending a message on LINE. There is no dashboard to learn and no login.

The first time, we confirm your connection to the church so that only church staff can change a listing.

The LINE chat works in English or Chinese. It is free for churches.

Claim once, then update by LINE

After your church is confirmed, send new events, photos, service changes or corrections to the same LINE account whenever they come up.

    Tell us your church

    Message us on LINE with your church name so we can find the listing, or ask us to add it.

    Confirm your role

    We ask for your name, your role at the church and a way to check it, for example:

    • The church's official email or phone number
    • The official website or social page
    • A manual check by iChurch if needed
  3. 03

    Check your details

    Review the name, address, phone, website and service times we show. Send corrections for anything wrong or missing.

  4. 04

    We publish after review

    iChurch checks that the information is complete and reasonable, may contact you to confirm, and then publishes it.

For English-speaking visitors, a little detail goes a long way

Visitors especially want to know which service is in English, when it starts, and how to find the building. Please include the Chinese address too, since taxis and map apps need it.

How we use your information and photos

What your church sends us (introductions, event details, logos, photos, posters) is used to list your church and events on iChurch and its official social accounts.

To fit the site, we may edit text lightly, crop, resize or compress images and lay them out, but we do not deliberately change the meaning.

  • You are a staff member, leader or authorized person of the church.
  • Photos, logos, posters and videos belong to the church, were made by you, or are cleared for public use.
  • If people can be recognized in a photo, you have checked it is appropriate to publish.
  • If a photographer or designer made the material, their license allows iChurch to use it.

Copyright stays with the church or the original owner. iChurch receives only a non-exclusive license to publish and promote the material.

Your church can ask us at any time, through LINE, to update or remove anything.

Where the basic church details come from

Much of the basic information on iChurch started from the 華人教會機構名錄 (zh.church) ↗. Addresses, phone numbers and service times change, so we are inviting churches to confirm and complete their own listings.
